Being well below the peak pressure of 32 mm Hg is the goal for pressure reduction and offloading of wounds. These videos demonstrate how the AIM Hybrid mattress excels in offloading in various positions, maintaining a high level of pressure reduction. The results of this pressure mapping supports the AIM Hybrid mattress as being part of the treatment plan for pressure ulcer prevention and treatment.

This mattress is proving to perform well in the supine position for patients. Please note how the pressure lowers while in the semi fowler and seated positions, it dips below the lying pressure. This is added support for patients who are in need of pressure redistribution.
